Horizon Europe is the EU's next research and innovation programme starting in 2021.There will be a new wave of research and innovation partnerships under Horizon Europe. Partnerships will help drive the huge transformations in environment, society and the economy that the European Green Deal calls for. The call contains 11 areas: Eight thematic areas, three horizontal areas.
To respond to the urgency and ambition of the European Green Deal objectives, Horizon 2020 will soon launch a call worth close to €1 billion. The call is foreseen to be published in September 2020.
The Slovenian Business & Research Association organized an information session on the Horizon 2020 Green Deal call on Thursday, 9th of July 2020 at 11:00 - 12:30.
Mr. Sven Schade from DG RTD, Unit A.3 Horizon Strategic Planning & Programming presented the call. The presentation was a good opportunity to showcase the good examples of Vanguard demo cases, related to the call topics.
